CopperGate Takes On New Managers

Producer of silicon that is used in coax and phone line delivered IPTV, CopperGate, is to begin a new stage of what the company refers to as “explosive” worldwide expansion.

Coppergate has taken on several new experts in their fields as executives at the company.

Previously located at Alvarion is Tsach Shwartz, who will now endeavour to assist Coppergate to expand its engineering efforts as the new VP of that department.

David Baum who was one of the founders of CopperGate will now slide over to take charge of product management and global marketing.

Michael Weissman was previously a marketing advisor to several Internet and computer big hitters including Amazon, Apple and Adobe. His new position will encompass overseas marketing and marketing research.

Supply chain, logistics, IT and administration will now be overseen by new VP Eran Schwartz who was previously to be found at Ness Technologies, where he was head honcho of purchasing, logistics and IT management.
