BTC Selects Calix
Calix and Bahamas Telecommunications Company, Ltd., will form a partnership which will see BTC using Calix’s access solutions.
The replacement solutions follow BTC’s need for higher speed, advanced information, communication and entertainment services, to be distributed across the island, allowing services such as IPTV to become readily available.
BTC’s existing voice network will be replaced with the Sonus netowkrs VOIP, allowing a solid base to distribute customers superior information, communication, and entertainment services.
With the wealth of solutions on board, thanks to Calix, BTC will continue to move services in an upwards direction, as far as speed, quality and pricing is concerned.
