Narrowstep and MTBcut launch mountain bike channel

by Jan Harris

IPTV company Narrowstep Inc has launched MTBcut, an Internet TV channel dedicated to mountain biking, based on Narrowstep’s Internet TV platform ‘telvOS’.

The channel aims to bring high quality programming to mountain bike fans interested in downhill racing, free ride and dirt jumping.

It will feature mountain bike footage, rider bios, interviews and live coverage of race events from all over the world and will be headed by world-class mountain biker Stu Thomson.

MTBcut will allow mountain biking enthusiast to see events far more quickly than previously possible - it can take up to a year before an event is available on DVD.

The channel is already planning to show exclusive footage of the closing rounds of the 2007 World Cup Series.

MTBcut.tv is an independent company operating out of Scotland. MTBcut is now available at http://www.mtbcut.tv .
