Zhone and ON Telecom alliance

by Grant Draper

ON Telecom will be using Zhone Technologies, Inc’s MALC(™) multi-service access platform (MSAP) to deliver premium EFM, which will be distributed alongside Zhone’s Management System.

ON Telecoms aims to divert its customers from leased line services, which can be extremely expensive.

The Zhone EFM Technlogy will allow delivery of 40 Mbps symmetric services, with quality of service guarantees, to build on its 70,000 existing customers.
