Comstar Will Consolidate Comstar-Direct

COMSTAR - United TeleSystems, the Russian integrated telecommunications operator, has announced that it has completed negotiations with Sistema Mass Media and commenced the consolidation of Comstar-Direct, a broadband internet access services provider in Moscow.
