Accedo and mPhase middleware
IPTV Systems are “going to the dogs†– or at least to the gamers. Consumers have been demanding more gaming opportunities, and vendors are listening.
Accedo Broadband, a leading content aggregator and IPTV distributor, and mPhase Technologies, a global leader in technology commercialization, have come together in developing the mPhase TV + System middleware.
The mPhase TV + System is offered as a preconfigured solution for interactive IPTV services. The new packages offered by Accedo Broadband will provide operators with a range of gaming services (including revenue generating and differentiating) and give consumers the new entertainment options that they desire.
Accedo Broadband and mPhase Technologies bring a lot of enthusiasm to their project – both because of the expertise in their fields, and because of the desires of the consumers. Accedo Broadband already has the largest portfolio of casual IPTV games. By forming this alliance with mPhase Technologies, they will make the gaming experience a significant part of the mPhase TV + System and allow the casual game experience to become more a part of every day choices by consumers.
Providers have long desired a range of products to promote to consumers. The new system will give them a way to provide these options through IPTV. The mPhase TV + System offers a unique way or organizing so that they can be more flexibly mixed, allowing providers with more revenue generating opportunities.
