Digicorp sign branded deal
Digicorp, Inc. will enter into a partnership with Footprint Worldwide, Inc., which will play an important part in the development of the current China youth marketing strategy, which Digicorp are currently involved in.
June this year saw the Digicorp firm enter into a massive 20 plus 10 year Cooperation Agreement giving them exclusive advertising and media rights with China Youth Net, and allowing Digicorp access to the 45 million students.
Now Digicorp own the rights, they will continue to implement a strategy which will include IPTV network, campus events and advanced mobile marketing.
The agreement will see Youth Media receive Chinese and Western music, television, sports and also other entertainment content for distribution through its IPTV network.
The companies will work with each other to provide branded events promoting major brands within the sports, with the help of James Warsaw, who previously headed the Sports Specialties, sports marketing firm.
Nike eventually took over the firm as part of their growth strategy back in 1993.
The aim is to increase the brand awareness of such organizations and leagues as the NBA, NFL, MLB, Tennis and Major League Soccer.
