Mariner Partners interactive helpdesk

Mariner Partners Inc, has released details on the availability of HomeVu, a TV customer service application which includes a creative customer self-care platform.

This is a leading troubleshooting application, which allows customers to diagnose problems without the help of a engineer or helpdesk assistant, meaning instant access, diagnosis and repair.

The service provider and service customer will both gain from the new service.

Reduced calls mean helpdesk staff and engineers will be minimized, reducing costs, but at the same time, will less people calling, queue times will be shorter for the customer, this will reduce operating expense meaning reasonable costing, for the customer.
