Intelsat accept Chief Financial Officer resignation

Intelsat have announced the accepted resignation of their chief financial officer, which comes in the form of Jeffrey Freimark.

Jeffrey Freimark’s resignation will be effective today (June 5), and Intelsat have been quick to act, already appointing the chief financial officer to CEO, David McGlade, who will continue with his current role as well.

According to Intelsat, David McGlade is just acting as the CFO untill a permanent replacement is found.

Intelsat acknowledge Jeffrey Freimark’s contribution during the PanAmSat acquisition financing and his involvement in the integration process.
