Tiscali adds Sky channels to IPTV offering

by Jan Harris

Broadband provider Tiscali has entered into a deal with BSkyB to add seven Sky channels to its IPTV service.

Sky One, Sky Two, Sky Three, Sky Arts, Sky Travel, Sky News and Sky Sports News will be added to Tiscali’s channel line-up in the next couple of months.

Subscribers to Tiscali’s TV service will now be able to view shows such as The Simpsons, Lost, and 24.

Tiscali entered the TV market after acquiring IPTV firm HomeChoice in 2006. Its triple-play service of TV, broadband and phone costs £14.99 a month.
