IPTV World Series Awards Announced
The IPTV World Forum 2008 is to play host to the 2nd annual IPTV World Series Awards on March 12th, at the Olympia, London.
The award categories cover a range of core technology areas, from platform management to network and customer services.
Judged by a panel of independent experts from across the IPTV sector, the awards are open to any company that is active in IPTV markets.
There is no entry fee, but all entries must be received by Friday 14th December 2007, with the opportunity to enter the following award categories:
1. IPTV platform/middleware/application
2. Best IPTV distribution/transport/delivery solution
3. Best IPTV headend & video processing technology
4. Best IPTV customer premise equipment technology
5. Best IPTV content protection/rights management solution
6. Best Cable IPTV technology
7. Best Mobile TV technology
8. Best Interactive TV/advanced advertising technology
9. Best Internet TV technology/solution
Shortlists will be profiled in February’s edition of New Video Technology magazine.
